Onyx Investment Advisory Limited, on behalf of Gombe Revenue Optimization Company Limited (GROCOL), invites credible investors to tender for the significant upgrade, operation, and management of selected state-owned hotels.
Background
GROCOL, a Gombe State-owned entity, manages the commercial assets of the state to maximize profitability, service delivery, and job creation. As part of their mandate, GROCOL has appointed OnyxIAL to oversee the preparation and engagement of investors for the operation and management of the following hotels:
- Gombe Jewel Hotel Abuja - 22 N’djamena Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja
- Gombe Jewel Hotel Kaduna - 7 Ex Ministers Quarters, Off Rabbah Road, Kaduna
- Jewel Hotel Kaltungo - Kaltungo, Gombe State
- Gombe International Hotel - Old Mile 3, Along Yola Road, Gombe
- Gombe International Conference Center - Along Gombe-Bauchi Road, Gombe State
